This product is sold exclusively as a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. Its use is based on traditional TCM applications.

Main benefits

  • Pattern Identification: Traditionally used for the TCM pattern of Blood Heat and Wind-Dryness causing severe skin eruptions, characterized by chronic, scaly, itchy, dry, and cracked skin lesions that flake off easily, specifically corresponding to psoriasis (known in TCM as "Yin Xie Bing") or chronic autoimmune rashes.

  • Core Function: The formula is classically said to cool the Blood, clear Toxic Heat, dispel Wind, nourish Yin to moisten the skin, and remove Blood Stagnation.

  • Blood and Wind Relationship: Based on the TCM principle that severe internal Heat "boils" the Blood, generating internal Wind that rises to the skin to cause intense itching and scaling. The formula actively cools the hot blood while nourishing the deep Yin to stop the generation of internal Wind at its root, preventing further dry scaling.

  • Key Ingredients: Sheng Di Huang (Raw Rehmannia), Mu Dan Pi (Moutan), Xuan Shen (Scrophularia), and Chi Shao (Red Peony) strongly cool the Blood, clear Heat, and deeply nourish Yin to moisten dry tissues; Bai Xian Pi (Dictamnus) clears Damp-Heat and severely relieves itching; Bai Ji Li (Tribulus) disperses Wind and stops itching; Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis) nourishes and invigorates the Blood to promote local skin healing; and Sang Bai Pi (Mulberry Bark) clears Heat from the Lungs (the organ that governs the skin).

  • Dermatological/Autoimmune Component (TCM): Often used in modern practice for stubborn autoimmune skin conditions, primarily psoriasis but also chronic eczema or severe dry dermatitis, where the predominant underlying mechanism is chronic, smoldering heat in the blood layer rather than pure dampness.

  • Region of Action: Primarily targets the Blood level and the exterior (the skin), while simultaneously acting on the Liver (which stores Blood) and the Lungs (which govern the skin's surface) to manage systemic inflammation.

  • Classical Heritage: Rather than a single ancient prescription, this is a highly specialized modern clinical formulation built upon classical blood-cooling and wind-dispelling principles, specifically engineered to treat the distinct pathology of psoriasis (Yin Xie Bing).

Zhenatura Yin Xie Ling Pian Extra Strong is based on the traditional Yin Xie Ling Tang (“Psoriasis Efficacious Decoction”), a renowned formula in traditional Chinese medical dermatology. Within traditional Chinese herbal literature, this specific combination of botanicals—including Smilax Rhizome, Dictamnus Root Bark, Sophora Root, Rehmannia Root, Red Peony Root, Tree Peony Bark, Lithospermum Root, Safflower, Turmeric Tuber, and Licorice Root—was described as a method to “clear Heat and cool the Blood,” “resolve toxicity,” and “dispel Wind and Dampness” in accordance with the TCM theoretical framework. These descriptions belong exclusively to the traditional conceptual system of Chinese medicine and do not refer to modern anatomy, psychology, or scientifically validated physiological effects.
