Heart and Kidney Disharmony (心肾不交 - Xin Shen Bu Jiao)
Symptoms: Insomnia, irritability, palpitations, dizziness, tinnitus, and night sweats.
TCM Mechanism: The Heart houses the mind (Shen), and the Kidneys store essence (Jing). Disharmony causes the mind to become unsettled.
