This product is sold exclusively as a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. Its use is based on traditional TCM applications.

Main benefits

  • Pattern Identification: Traditionally used for the TCM pattern of “Yin and Yang Disharmony with Floating Yang,” characterized by severe anxiety, palpitations, restlessness, insomnia, vivid dreaming, night sweats, spontaneous sweating, and the abnormal leakage of body fluids or essence (such as spermatorrhea).

  • Harmonizing Yin and Yang: At its core, the formula utilizes the classic pairing of Gui Zhi and Shao Yao to harmonize the Wei (Defensive) and Ying (Nutritive) levels, perfectly balancing the body’s warming, outward-moving energy with its cooling, inward-nourishing forces.

  • Anchoring the Spirit (Shen): Long Gu and Mu Li are heavy, mineral-like substances that powerfully weigh down and anchor floating, restless Yang energy. This provides an immediate grounding effect that settles the Heart, calms a deeply agitated mind, and stops nervous palpitations.

  • Astringing Leakage: Beyond their calming properties, Long Gu and Mu Li act as strong astringents to secure the body's defensive surface and consolidate essence, effectively stopping chronic night sweats, spontaneous daytime sweating, and preventing the loss of vital fluids.

  • Nourishing the Middle: Sheng Jiang, Da Zao, and Gan Cao gently warm and harmonize the Spleen and Stomach, ensuring the heavy anchoring minerals are easily digested while supporting the continuous production of Qi and Blood.

  • Classical Heritage: A profound 3rd-century prescription from Zhang Zhongjing’s Jin Gui Yao Lue (Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet), historically revered as a master formula for treating deep nervous system exhaustion, emotional fragility, and lack of grounding caused by severe deficiency.

Zhenatura Gui Zhi Jia Long Gu Mu Li Tang Extra strong is based on the classical Gui Zhi Jia Long Gu Mu Li Tang (“Cinnamon Twig plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction”), first recorded in the Jin‑dynasty medical text Jin Gui Yao Lue (“Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet”) traditionally attributed to Zhang Zhong‑jing. Within traditional Chinese herbal literature, this extension of Gui Zhi Tang—prepared from Ramulus Cinnamomi (Gui Zhi), Radix Paeoniae alba (Shao Yao), Rhizoma Zingiberis recens (Sheng Jiang), Os Draconis (Long Gu), Concha Ostreae (Mu Li), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gan Cao), Fructus Jujubae (Da Zao), and in modern preparations combined with an inert base such as corn starch—is described as a method to “harmonize nutritive (Ying) and defensive (Wei) Qi,” “anchor floating Yang,” “secure Essence and calm the Spirit,” and “warm and regulate Heart–Kidney interaction” according to the TCM theoretical framework. These descriptions belong exclusively to the traditional conceptual system of Chinese medicine and do not refer to modern cardiology, neurology, psychiatry, or scientifically validated physiological effects.
